You have heard not to wear your heart on you sleeve and to always think things through logically before we make a move, especially when you view the business world.

We ask you, “How is that working for ya?”

The truth is that it isn’t. We know somewhere deep down in our core that dealing only in a logical thought pattern isn’t fulfilling us, our bank accounts, or making the impact on the world that you were called for. So if we aren’t to lead life or business solely with our logical thoughts, then what is a “girl” to do?

Well actually it is your heart brain you should lead with. I know, I know, Heart Brain??? What’s that?

What we see in the world is that most people are conditioned to lead with the brain that they know which is the brain in our head. But what we know from research and science that we actually have a heart brain. And when our heart brain and the brain that we know, our logical mind, are working together we are able to influence others around us in a very powerful way.

When we lead with our heart brain, we show up in the most authentic version of ourselves. And

Plus we step out in our lives, our marketplace, and our relationships for that matter- we naturally become more powerful and have a greater impact.

And in order to step into that authenticity, we need to understand how our heart brain works and to recognize that the way our heart brain shows up into the world is communicated to others through the words that we say and everything that we do non-verbally that sends those cues about who we are. And those non-verbals include the tone of our voice, the way we look, the way our face reacts, and our body responds.
